When did you start Bodybuilding & how did you get started?

I started bodybuilding near the end of my 15th year… I was playing competitive football and found myself in the gym on a regular basis… after meeting a few serious lifters I found myself wanting to be at the gym more than at the football field… thus the beginning.

Describe your training program:

I generally super-set all of my workouts

Day 1: Chest- flat bench, incline dumbbell press, decline hammer strength, incline hammer strength, cable cross over’s, peck deck

Day 2: Back, Hamstrings, Calves, and Abs- (back) lat pull downs, front cable rows, hammer strength pull downs, single arm barbell rows

(Hamstrings) stiff leg dead lifts, hammer strength kickbacks, single leg kickbacks

(Calves) standing, sitting calve raises, donkey raises, leg press calve raises

(Abs) hanging leg raises, weighted ab crunches

Day 3: Shoulders-behind the head Smith machine presses, standing military presses, hammer strength presses, seated lateral dumbbell flys, standing dumbbell flys, bent over dumbbell pulls

Day 4: Quads and Abs- (quads) squats, leg press, hack squat, leg extensions

(Abs) hanging leg raises, weighted ab crunches

Day 5: Rest

Day 6: Arms- (triceps) incline skull crushers, close grip flat bench, v bar pull downs, rope pull downs, weighted dips

(Bicep) straight bar curls, standing dumbbell curls, machine dumbbell curls

Day 7: Repeat day one

Describe your diet and supplementation:

I eat 5 times a day…

Breakfast: egg whites shake with 2 scoops of protein powder, 2 cups of oats, 1-cup fruit cocktail

Second meal: 3 chicken breast, protein bar, and fruit

Third meal: ground beef, mass gainer shake, fruit

Fourth meal: ground beef, rice, and asparagus

Fifth meal: fish, protein shake, and potatoes

Calorie in take- 3000-4000

Pre workouts: jack3d, supercharge, horse power, geranium, 1MR,fight factor

500-550 protein intake a day

Bodybuilding Achievements

I competed in the 2011 Mississauga Classic following this show I competed for the Ontario’s.

What are your goals for the future?

Right now I am focusing on the 2012 Canadians being held in Alberta this coming August. I have enough time to pack on more size before I start dieting for the show. I am completing high school this year and plan to continue with my education. I love bodybuilding so it will always be part of who I am and what I do. I would like to have a career in police enforcement.
